Yo compre un sofá en el 2022 y resulta que los laterales son de conglomerado de poca consistencia y vinieton hace 3 meses a arreglarlo, pero se ha vuelto a soltar el suplemento. Hemos tratado de contactar imnumerables veces con ellos y ni siquiera cogen el teléfono para darme la oportunidad de explicárselo. Me parece impresentable el trato recibido por su parte y quiero dejar constancia de ello con este mensaje.
Compre hace más de un año un sofá eléctrico cherlong y la verdad mejor calidad y precio imposible.... Volvería sin duda a comprar allí...

That was extremely the worst experience. We had to wait around 10 weeks, not 4 weeks like we ordered. Sofa is other then we ordered. Nothing is straight. One seat in our sofa is longer then the other. Doesn't call back to solve problems. Don't want to give us any receipt or invoice.
The worst experience. Instead of 4 weeks, we had to wait 9 weeks. Brought the wrong couch, had to wait another 2 weeks. Seams not straight. Back upholstery doesn't flip over like we wanted and one seat is longer then the other. Doesn't call back to solve problems. Need to get a lawyer.
The worst experience ever!! Don’t buy any products here. No receipts, no invoices. Finally we had to wait 10 weeks. The product is different from this one which we ordered, with scrached materials and different color of the sofa from the ordered. We were refused a purchase document.
